The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, offering 1 twin and 1 double bedroom upstairs with dual aspect windows including large skylight windows affording you the most magnificent views and on a clear night you to watch the stars from the comfort of your bed. Each room comes with mirrored wardrobes, hairdryer and flat screen TV.

The sitting/dining room oozes character with it's beamed ceiling, it is fitted with a very comfortable leather corner suite, flat screen smart TV with a Netflix account & a DVD Player. Electric Stove & Gas Central Heating. The dining table is located next to the french doors, you can enjoy your breakfast whilst overlooking the garden and local wildlife.. 

The kitchen is well equipped for your needs and also has large picture window with views of the mountains. 

Bathroom has a white suite with power shower over the bath and is stocked with Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries.

There is a small selection of books for you read whilst relaxing on a summers day in the garden or snuggling next to the fire in the winter. We also have a selection of DVD’s and board games for your enjoyment. 

The summer house located next to the main house, it contains comfortable chairs to relax and offers outstanding views over the garden and surroundings.  It also houses the utility space, there is an under the counter freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
